Bookings & Appointments

All bookings are subject to availability. By making a booking you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at any time for reasons including but not limited to availability, errors in service or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment price.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Cayman Islands Dollars (CI$) unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected at the spa at the time of your treatment.

Health & Skin Considerations

Our treatments are intended for general wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. You agree to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy or medications prior to your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment for safety reasons.
